1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support at business.query@vestisimpressa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at business.query@vestisimpressa.com with your order details.
  • After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed, and cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to wait until the order is delivered and then initiate a return.

Changes to Orders:

  • If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or shipping address), contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the 24-hour window.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at business.query@vestisimpressa.com with photographic evidence.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
